On sharing Sunday evening sadness, and how that might help us feel a little less alone

I am recording this on Sunday evening, before I fly back to England tomorrow. I feel so sad. But I think that acknowledging this and sharing it helps

Being in England and facing my departure from this place which is such a part of me (which I go into much more deeply in The Giant on the Skyline), has made me reflect on loss and sadness but also the connectivity around these feelings; to always remember if you are feeling lost or overwhelmed or melancholy… you are not alone. I wanted to leave you with a sense of love - and also this poem.

Please share in the comments the things that help you when you’re having sadness moments like this one - whether it’s Sunday evening or not. xx
