I’m really excited that our first live chat for paid subscribers is happening TOMORROW, Thursday 16th May at 7pm UK time / 2pm ET time. The zoom link to join is at the bottom here for all paid subscribers.

Being able to discuss motherhood, and how having children is the best and worse thing that can happen to you is so so important.

I feel so very lucky to have my children and I am pretty sure they know that I love them all with my entire heart. But motherhood? The work of being a mother? That’s hard, unrelenting, mostly thankless and often insanely dull work. I wrote My Wild and Sleepless Nights because I wanted to try to explain how motherhood felt to me - mainly because I couldn’t find anyone else who had, or which matched my version.

Yes it’s about the squitchy, squidgy yumminess, but also about the bone crushing exhaustion and repetition. Because I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t struggle with motherhood in some way, however they portray themselves.

I would love to spend this 30 minute live discussing all of this and more - please drop a comment below if you can join me - and also any questions or comments about motherhood that we can kick off with!!

The link to join is below and I can’t wait to see you there and chat!
